The job of a physiotherapist is to improve patients’ mobility and help them manage pain and recover from injury. They do this by looking at your lifestyle and medical history, teaching you useful techniques, manipulating your body and even using therapies like acupuncture. Perhaps you know someone who's been sent to a physiotherapist after breaking their leg or suffering an injury during exercise, or you think that it's only for elderly people.
